Description

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams throughout the full feature lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to release sign-off.
  • Partner with Product Managers to prioritize testing efforts, clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and coordinate Business Acceptance Testing.
  • Work with SDETs to expand and maintain automated test coverage for new features and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with manual QA engineers on cross-team and cross-business-unit projects.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate product risks.
  • Design, execute, and report on test cases for complex front-end and back-end systems.
  • Test integration, functional, end-to-end, and API scenarios, including Postman-based testing.
  • Advocate for customer needs and quality standards across the delivery process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience, with a focus on manual testing.
  • Experience with Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box testing.
  • Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Understanding of integration, functional, end-to-end, and API testing.
  • Experience designing, executing, and reporting test cases for complex systems.
  • Ability to create test cases and collections in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Experience with test case management tools, preferably XRay.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and at least basic Polish.
  • Availability in the afternoons, with occasional evening meetings for cross-time-zone communication.
  • Experience in a product company, ideally a startup or scale-up (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their impact on QA (preferred).
  • Experience with Jira and agile testing methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM (preferred).
