Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with transit agency and other public-sector accounts.
  • Support customers in using Swiftly's transit data platform to improve operations and passenger information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers in a mission-driven, high-impact environment.
  • Contribute to account strategy for renewals, expansion, and long-term customer success.
  • Represent customer feedback and priorities internally to help improve products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships across external stakeholders.
  • Stay connected with the company as part of the Senior Account Manager talent community for future openings.

Requirements

  • Experience as an account manager, ideally in SaaS, public sector, or transit technology.
  • Strong interest in transit, mobility, sustainability, or mission-oriented work with real-world impact.
  • Interest in joining a talent community for a role that may open in the future.
  • Ability to work remotely from most U.S. locations, or Ontario or British Columbia, Canada.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship, as Swiftly is unable to provide it at this time.
  • Alignment with Swiftly's core values, including teamwork, impact, diversity, communication, feedback, and growth.
  • Relevant account management experience the candidate is proud of and can discuss clearly.
  • Availability to travel 1–2 times per year for company or team offsites, with some roles requiring more frequent travel.
