Description

  • Serve as the primary project manager for customers across multiple simultaneous SwiftConnect implementations.
  • Build trusted customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with customers to understand requirements, goals, and support needs.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project objectives and scope.
  • Manage multiple customer projects from initiation to launch within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in project management and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution across enterprise-level implementations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation project management in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with Access Control Systems or related access control industry technologies.
  • Ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of enterprise products and services.
  • Proven success deploying enterprise-level customer projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, progress tracking, and managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language to customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and organization.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and project management software.
  • Curiosity to learn new things and use new tools.
