Description

  • Lead and manage a high-performing remote team of Clinical/Pharmacy Software Implementation Consultants.
  • Define team performance goals and measure progress against established objectives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of services engagements with strong quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Manage team operations, including leadership, development, staffing, and resource planning.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in consulting methods, workflows, and delivery practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of clinical/pharmacy solutions, industry trends, and delivery methodologies.
  • Build strong customer and partner relationships and manage feedback and escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, sales, support, success, and resource management teams.
  • Support business growth through hiring plans, product adoption practices, and services pre-sales activities such as statements of work.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team members, and identify development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated management experience in an enterprise software environment, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services, consulting, or management.
  • Experience managing a diverse remote team, including recruiting, training, staffing, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of PointClickCare clinical/pharmacy solutions and the LTPAC landscape is an asset.
  • Strong operational management, project management, consulting, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience with change management principles and the ability to adapt to shifting strategies and goals.
  • Experience planning and implementing PointClickCare and/or equivalent EHR software, with strong preference for healthcare and LTPAC experience.
  • Experience supporting professional services sales, including statements of work, pricing, and large-scale proposals such as RFI, RFQ, and RFPs.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve unique problems, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation, customer service, and team-building skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise projects successfully.
  • Ability to travel to client locations and cross-functional meetings as needed, up to 50%.
  • Remote roles require travel to office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City; hybrid roles require commuting distance to the listed office location.
