Description

Partner with Strategic Account Managers to help prospects and customers evaluate and implement Caseware products.
Strategize with customers on evaluation and implementation needs, including communications, change management, training, champion support, and project planning.
Create and maintain value-driven product demo strategies and supporting assets.
Support customer evaluations and implementations by providing tools, processes, resources, and timeline oversight.
Assist in developing and executing migration strategies from legacy accounting and audit platforms to Caseware cloud solutions.
Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues related to access, licenses, account maintenance, and support escalation.
Help build and maintain a product knowledge base, toolkits, and other resources for the solutions consulting team.
Capture and respond to customer and prospect feedback to support product and sales experience improvements.
Design and implement scalable processes and systems to deliver consistent services and support future growth.
Attend industry trade shows, events, and speaking engagements when appropriate.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in an audit, accounting, or professional services firm performing external audit or assurance engagements, or at least 5 years in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company serving the accounting profession.
Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs effectively.
Strong organization skills with experience tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks.
Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can solve problems independently.
Sound understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector, or enthusiasm to learn.
Eligible to work in the UK and able to work remotely from the UK.
Willingness to travel to UK offices or internationally depending on client needs.
Nice to have: Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 5+ years of external audit experience and hands-on use of CaseWare.
Nice to have: Background in audit innovation, training, or technology adoption within a firm, plus experience with financial processes, project or product management, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and collaboration with product, marketing, or sales teams.
