Description

  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to help prospects and customers evaluate and implement Caseware products.
  • Strategize with customers on evaluation and implementation needs, including communications, change management, training, champion support, and project planning.
  • Create and maintain value-driven product demo strategies and supporting assets.
  • Support customer evaluations and implementations by providing tools, processes, resources, and timeline oversight.
  • Assist in developing and executing migration strategies from legacy accounting and audit platforms to Caseware cloud solutions.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues related to access, licenses, account maintenance, and support escalation.
  • Help build and maintain a product knowledge base, toolkits, and other resources for the solutions consulting team.
  • Capture and respond to customer and prospect feedback to support product and sales experience improvements.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to deliver consistent services and support future growth.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and speaking engagements when appropriate.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in an audit, accounting, or professional services firm performing external audit or assurance engagements, or at least 5 years in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company serving the accounting profession.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Strong organization skills with experience tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks.
  • Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can solve problems independently.
  • Sound understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector, or enthusiasm to learn.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and able to work remotely from the UK.
  • Willingness to travel to UK offices or internationally depending on client needs.
  • Nice to have: Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 5+ years of external audit experience and hands-on use of CaseWare.
  • Nice to have: Background in audit innovation, training, or technology adoption within a firm, plus experience with financial processes, project or product management, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and collaboration with product, marketing, or sales teams.
