Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts after close.
  • Prioritize and coordinate tenant deployments and implementation with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular account check-ins to track progress, risks, and strategic goals.
  • Own the full contract renewal cycle, including planning, risk assessment, negotiation, execution, and renewal growth.
  • Host and support launch activities, renewal events, tenant events, and deployment kickoffs.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, and usage metrics to identify risks and drive retention and expansion.
  • Build structured account success plans aligned to customer goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive mobile credential adoption and user growth within enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and engage new landlords through enterprise accounts and coordinate handoff to CRE Portfolio Managers.
  • Maintain account pipelines and update Salesforce and internal systems with account activity and status.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, portfolio managers, and partners to align strategy and execution.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams to inform improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
  • Familiarity with smart access systems such as HID, Allegion, and Wavelynx is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Apple and Google is a plus.
  • Comfortable hosting events and client-facing engagements.
  • Highly organized with a strategic, proactive mindset.
  • Experience managing and growing complex enterprise accounts in a SaaS or workplace technology environment is preferred.
