Description

Configure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing, including the product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing, taxation, and payments.
Partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to support and improve the SaaS subscription and order-to-revenue lifecycle.
Troubleshoot issues across the order-to-revenue process, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
Build and maintain Zuora workflows, notifications, custom fields, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations.
Support data migration activities related to Zuora and connected systems.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow best practices, compliance standards, and internal governance requirements.
Conduct demos and design walkthrough sessions with stakeholders and other teams.
Write solution documents and proof-of-concept materials to support analysis and implementation work.

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Zuora Billing in a production environment.
Practical experience with Zuora Billing is required.
Experience with Zuora Orders and the Orders API.
Experience with quote-to-cash and financial systems such as Zuora, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, or RevPro.
Experience writing solution documents, proof-of-concepts, and issue analyses.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
Working knowledge of core finance and accounting processes such as Order to Cash and Record to Report.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work while learning new technologies.
Experience with Zuora Revenue, Salesforce CPQ, and MuleSoft is preferred.
Experience with data migration and cleansing is preferred.
Ability to work within the U.S. Central Time Zone.
Remote role with occasional in-person participation for company events.
