Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach through negotiation and close.
  • Identify and qualify high-value prospects and expansion opportunities.
  • Build ROI-based business cases for public- and private-sector stakeholders.
  • Apply the Sandler methodology and MEDDPICC framework to assess needs and advance deals.
  • Use Salesforce and Gong to track deal progress, maintain forecasting accuracy, and refine sales strategy.
  • Leverage ZoomInfo and Outreach to support pipeline development and prospecting.
  • Prioritize territory accounts and manage multiple workstreams to hit quota and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Work with AI and sales tools to automate administrative tasks and focus on higher-value customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Experience selling to Marketing, HR, or IT is a plus.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound value-selling, inbound leads, and product-led growth signals.
  • Demonstrated success using MEDDPICC or a comparable sales framework.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience building formal business cases, developing internal champions, and executing Mutual Action Plans (MAPs).
  • AI-first mindset with willingness to adopt productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage a book of business and multiple concurrent priorities.

  • Base pay plus on-target commission of CAD $73,950 to CAD $87,000 OTE, depending on market and experience.
