Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close.
  • Identify and qualify high-value new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Build ROI-based business cases for mission-driven and stakeholder-heavy accounts.
  • Apply Sandler and MEDDPICC-based selling practices to uncover needs and advance deals.
  • Use Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal progress.
  • Prioritize territory accounts and balance multiple workstreams to achieve quota.
  • Develop and maintain a disciplined pipeline through outbound, inbound, and product-led signals.
  • Leverage AI tools to reduce administrative work and focus on strategic selling.
  • Collaborate with diverse public- and private-sector stakeholders during complex sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Experience selling to Marketing, HR, or IT is a plus.
  • Track record of generating pipeline through outbound value-selling, inbound marketing leads, and product-led growth signals.
  • Demonstrated success using MEDDPICC or a comparable sales framework.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience building formal business cases, developing internal champions, and executing Mutual Action Plans (MAPs).
  • Proactive use of AI productivity tools to automate administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage a book of business and multiple concurrent workstreams.
