Description

  • Own the end-to-end pursuit of named enterprise accounts in the territory.
  • Drive the full sales cycle for multi-site, multi-year Robots-as-a-Service contracts from outreach to close.
  • Build account plans that identify expansion opportunities, key stakeholders, competitive dynamics, and rollout paths.
  • Develop and deliver boardroom-ready ROI presentations and proposals tailored to each account's operational and financial priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across solutions engineering, operations, and leadership.
  • Navigate procurement, legal, and IT processes in large enterprise buying cycles.
  • Establish Slip Robotics as the trusted automation partner at target accounts and position for long-term growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Operations after close to support deployment, time-to-value, and expansion readiness.
  • Accurately forecast enterprise pipeline and manage deal stages in CRM.
  • Represent the company in senior-level customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
  • Experience selling complex consultative solutions such as capital equipment, RaaS, SaaS, or managed services.
  • Background selling into Fortune 500 or enterprise-tier industrial, logistics, or manufacturing organizations.
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Deep familiarity with supply chain, warehouse, dock operations, or freight logistics.
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes, including RFPs, legal review, and executive approvals.
  • Ability to build compelling, data-driven business cases and ROI models for CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to quarterback internal teams while leading external deal strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
