Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agency partners and own the strategic and operational relationship.
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations, including operations, executive sponsors, product, distribution, and operations stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a Partner Success Plan for each account that aligns Sure’s roadmap and performance with partner business goals.
  • Lead regular business reviews and partner check-ins, anticipate partner needs, surface risks early, and drive timely resolution.
  • Own Gross Written Premium performance for the assigned book of business and monitor the drivers of growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities such as new programs, distribution improvements, and product expansion.
  • Surface partner product gaps and feature requests into the product prioritization process with clear business context.
  • Partner closely with Product Implementation Managers to ensure strategic context informs delivery decisions.
  • Maintain visibility into active implementation programs and manage partner perception of program progress.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and milestones proactively to partner stakeholders and maintain accurate CRM data in Attio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or partnerships, with insurtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with the insurance business, including how carriers, distributors, and programs work.
  • Experience owning GWP, ARR, or revenue metrics for a book of accounts.
  • Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations, from operations to C-suite.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run QBRs and executive business reviews independently.
  • Comfort operating as an influencer without direct authority across Product, Sales, and Implementation teams.
  • Residence in one of Sure’s hiring states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, or WA.
