Description

  • Develop and maintain the company’s headless WordPress website architecture.
  • Optimize website performance, especially for mobile users.
  • Implement lazy loading and partial rendering solutions.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements.
  • Support external integrations such as forms, webhooks, and APIs.
  • Ensure website security and stability.
  • Support CI/CD processes.
  • Participate in website redesign and technical UX improvements.
  • Propose architectural improvements when appropriate after 1–2 years.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with WordPress, including custom post types, hooks, and REST API.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP 8+.
  • Intermediate+ English level (B1+).
  • Experience with a headless CMS approach.
  • Strong JavaScript skills (ES6+).
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and Webpack.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, and INP.
  • Understanding of technical SEO, including structured data, sitemap, canonical tags, and crawlability.
  • Experience with REST API integrations such as HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Understanding of web security best practices and basic OWASP principles.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD.
  • Experience with A/B testing to evaluate changes and optimize the product.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and manage tasks in tracking systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively between technical and marketing teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver projects on time.
  • CDN experience is a plus.
  • Experience with server-side tracking is a plus.
  • Understanding of modern frontend approaches such as SSR, SSG, and Edge rendering is a plus.
  • Experience with Nginx is a plus.
  • Basic Docker knowledge is a plus.
