Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live as the primary client contact.
  • Run discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes and translate them into tailored workflows.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, technical alignment, risks, and dependencies across internal and client stakeholders.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
  • Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints that enable client stakeholders to use the platform independently.
  • Create structured enablement materials such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short workflow videos.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, QA, and engineering teams to resolve blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence leading business meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management skills and the ability to guide clients through process transformation and user resistance.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, organized, and strong in presentation, communication, and relationship building.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets (plus).
  • Background in finance, accounting, procurement, business, management, economics, or a related technical field (plus).
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, or other enterprise software (plus).
