Description

  • Deliver customer support via chats, emails, and tickets.
  • Manage troubleshooting processes, escalations, and backlog maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
  • Handle sensitive customer data carefully and securely.
  • Apply customer happiness practices to support service quality.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and work toward KPI targets.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other internal teams.

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese and excellent English skills at C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • Technical support experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS, including fundamental diagnostic commands.
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and analyzing log files.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management concepts such as CVEs, risk scoring, and false positives.
  • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks for troubleshooting connection issues.
  • Ability to read scripting logic such as Bash and PowerShell and understand execution errors.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as HubSpot or Jira.
  • Ability to quickly learn product ecosystems and follow precise procedures.
  • Experience writing professional, well-structured support case notes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
