Description

  • Welcome clients after the sale and curate an onboarding experience that supports retention and adoption.
  • Provide tailored implementation services, including consulting, building, and graphic design support for paid clients.
  • Advise clients through tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing sessions to solve problems and provide creative direction.
  • Work closely with clients to manage onboarding timelines and help apps pass internal review within six weeks or less from signup.
  • Review client apps for quality assurance and readiness.
  • Troubleshoot complex client issues and resolve onboarding-related obstacles.
  • Collaborate with the team on new projects and ideas to improve the client experience.
  • Teach clients how to use Subsplash tools and services across the platform.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience using Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone.
  • Experience with the Subsplash platform, including onboarding for App, Giving, SnapPages, and future products.
  • Ability to learn new technology and understand how systems work.
  • Ability to build a Subsplash app that passes review in under one hour and translate a client website into a SnapPages site within 3 hours.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, teachable way.
  • Basic coding knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with Photoshop or other image manipulation and design programs is preferred.
  • Must reside in one of Subsplash’s approved U.S. states for 100% remote work.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and complete a basic background check.
