Description

  • Lead continued development of relevant technology products within the Signals Exploitation and Tracking group.
  • Lead a portfolio of research and development programs delivering advanced algorithm and software solutions for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
  • Manage all program phases, including marketing, business capture, proposal development, and contract execution.
  • Work closely with Government customers, support organizations, and transition partners to ensure program success.
  • Direct large technical projects, including Work Breakdown Structure definition and resource management.
  • Lead and manage multi-discipline teams and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Contribute to technology ideation, research, and product development across the full project lifecycle.
  • Support technical marketing and business development efforts for new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for SCI eligibility.
  • MS with at least 15 years of experience, or PhD with at least 8 years of experience, or equivalent experience, in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or data science.
  • Experience managing large technical projects, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) definition and resource management.
  • Experience spanning all project phases from ideation to technology research and product development.
  • Experience in new business development, initial outreach, capture flow, and proposal writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • Successful experience leading multi-discipline teams and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Preferred experience working with space systems and intelligence products.
  • Preferred working knowledge of DoD and IC missions and acquisition processes.
  • Preferred technical breadth with the ability to manage multiple technically diverse programs and teams simultaneously.
  • Preferred entrepreneurial spirit and interest in technical marketing and business development.

Benefits

  • Full-time salary range of $220,000 to $260,000.
  • Locations near Boston, MA; Arlington, VA; Dayton, OH; Melbourne, FL; and Carlsbad, CA.
