Description

  • Develop, execute, and measure high-impact multi-touch marketing campaigns, including events, across multiple channels.
  • Own agency-of-record strategy, including campaign strategy, channel mix, budget management, and communication with the agency.
  • Lead cross-functional work with Product Managers, Digital Marketers, Content Strategists, and senior business leaders.
  • Use customer insights and industry knowledge to create audience-centric derivative content.
  • Lead the customer journey and use marketing automation to improve processes and visibility into lead quality.
  • Research and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences.
  • Analyze campaign results using data reports and dashboards to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Provide clear, frequent updates to executive stakeholders on strategy, goals, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and support account-based marketing strategies and coach or train team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
  • Experience with paid and owned channels, including email and onsite marketing.
  • Experience presenting ideas to executive-level stakeholders and gaining support for initiatives.
  • Experience with Excel or Salesforce, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Proven success developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs (preferred).
  • Experience with paid search and paid social (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare technology (preferred).
  • Experience managing large datasets, including customer segments and online campaign metrics (preferred).
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferred).
  • Experience working with marketing agencies for execution (preferred).

Benefits

  • Remote role based in the USA.
  • 1-year contract position.
  • Hourly pay of $64.66 - $71.83, equivalent to $134,000 - $149,000 annually.
  • Part of a total rewards package with compensation determined by skills, experience, and work location.
