Description

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of product sales executives focused on the SaaS business across APAC.
  • Create go-to-market plans and customer solutions in collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations and track performance against key sales metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth, increase attach rates, and win new client acquisitions at a high rate.
  • Coach the team on consultative and solution-based selling throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead the largest and most strategic opportunities, including executive relationships and new customer wins.
  • Inspire and support individual development and career growth for direct reports.
  • Lead with clear direction and a compelling plan aligned to Stripe’s strategy.
  • Structure, test, and measure GTM ideas and product sales campaigns, then recommend actions based on results.
  • Continuously improve programs, program management mechanisms, and customer engagement models.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technology sales experience, including 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in payments, billing, tax, or a relevant SaaS industry.
  • Experience leading sales, new business, and operations in an early-stage, high-growth technology environment.
  • Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to build relationships with strategic clients and industry thought leaders.
  • Demonstrated passion for Stripe’s mission.
  • Prior experience in Billing, Finance, Tax, or another relevant SaaS product field (preferred).
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage internet or software company (preferred).
  • Prior experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, and/or business development (preferred).
