Description

  • Work with legal contracts and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Develop and manage efficient billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
  • Create scalable and auditable accounts receivable processes for new and existing users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Commerce Systems, Global Deal Management, Legal, Sales Ops, Internal Audit, Go-To-Market, Engineering, and Accounting to support commercial structures and changing business needs.
  • Partner with account managers to resolve user inquiries related to onboarding, implementation, billing, and collections.
  • Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Legal to improve the Stripe user experience.
  • Identify, build, and implement ongoing process improvements to enhance overall operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or sales, with a focus on technical products.
  • Proven track record of leading technical discussions and persuading others to act on proposed solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the broader impact of aggregated transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate data and collaborate to find answers.
  • Background in operational excellence, including strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset suited to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze processes and data to understand impacts on customers and financial outcomes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and professional experience with GSuite/GSheets, especially with large datasets.
  • Experience or knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and consulting across teams.
  • Passion for learning and solving problems through infrastructure and automation.
  • Willingness to challenge assumptions and think creatively.
