Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for startup accounts across the Nordics.
  • Identify and prioritise high-potential prospects from inbound and outbound sources.
  • Build partnerships with founders of innovative, fast-growing startups to support their growth ambitions.
  • Advise startups on how to use Stripe's product suite and financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and drive campaigns to generate new sales pipeline.
  • Work with existing users to deepen product adoption and expand Stripe usage.
  • Lead and contribute to Nordic team projects that refine sales strategies and processes.
  • Build engagement with accelerators and venture capital firms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and User Operations teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company, bank, consultancy, or venture capital firm, with a track record of top performance.
  • Strong interest in technology and the startup ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including comfort with basic financial modelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand diverse business models and build strong relationships with highly technical founders.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and craft tailored solutions.
