Description

  • Directly manage and nurture a named account list and create account plans to grow SaaS platform business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and coordinate executive touchpoints.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close.
  • Lead complex product workshops and financial analysis with leaders across Engineering, Product, and Finance.
  • Lead bespoke commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Contribute to platform partnership strategy and develop repeatable processes and scalable engagement models.
  • Collaborate on team projects to refine and improve the sales process.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling a technical product with a track record of strong performance.
  • Proven experience moving opportunities from inception to close through complex, multi-party consultative sales.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to become a trusted resource for decision-makers across technology and finance functions.
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and how Stripe’s solutions can address them.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong interest in technology and comfort using AI tools.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
