Description

  • Onboard new customers by providing learning, solution strategy, technical enablement, and implementation guidance during deployment.
  • Lead customer technical teams through development phases and help implement best practices.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales prototypes to post-sales production-scale implementations.
  • Partner with customer success and account management teams to conduct periodic health checks and maintain operational excellence.
  • Serve as the product expert, coach, and trusted technical advisor during customer deployments.
  • Coordinate with customer support and internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and influence product evolution.
  • Proactively help customers expand their use of the platform by demonstrating new applications and use cases.
  • Deliver technical guidance, training, workshops, presentations, and implementation support in both English and Spanish.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for implementations, best practices, troubleshooting, and customer enablement.
  • Track customer issues, support training-related matters, and manage product feature requests with customers.
  • Report account status, including escalations, to management and the Technical Account Manager.
  • Use AI-powered productivity, research, troubleshooting, documentation, and coding tools to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of AI-assisted workflows and technical best practices.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% for customer implementations, workshops, reviews, training, and other engagements.

Requirements

  • Must be 100% remotely based within the Continental United States.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to present, train, and explain complex technical concepts in both languages.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer.
  • 3+ years of experience with database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server, plus SQL programming.
  • 3+ years of programming experience with Java, Python, and shell scripting.
  • 3+ years of experience or deep foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data services including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience using AI-assisted productivity, development, research, troubleshooting, and code-generation tools in daily technical workflows.
  • Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs while maintaining engineering quality, security, accuracy, and customer trust.
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and JMS.
  • Experience working in enterprise data environments and mission-critical IT systems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Databricks, or other modern cloud data platforms is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of data integration, data streaming, real-time analytics, and cloud-native architectures is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience.
