Description

  • Partner with an assigned GTM squad to understand workflows, anticipate needs, and provide strategic technical guidance.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into documented solution designs, then build, test, iterate, and deploy solutions.
  • Develop internal GTM applications with Engineering using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Apollo Client, NestJS, and GraphQL.
  • Implement and maintain Revenue Lifecycle Management capabilities, including data modeling, CPQ, entitlements, renewals, and related integrations.
  • Design and maintain Salesforce integrations with Fin AI, Gong, Dialpad, HubSpot, Front, Tabs, PandaDoc, Slack, and other systems.
  • Choose between Salesforce Flow, declarative configuration, Apex, and custom applications based on the use case.
  • Build secure, tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
  • Collaborate with AI Automation Engineers on n8n workflows and Salesforce data access.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and structured sandbox-to-production release processes.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, metadata maintenance, and test validation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in production environments.
  • Demonstrated experience writing Apex and building Lightning Web Components.
  • Proficiency with Apex classes, triggers, batch, queueable and schedulable processes, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations with external systems and exposing Salesforce data through secure services or APIs.
  • Ability to independently conduct discovery with nontechnical stakeholders and produce clear solution designs and documentation.
  • Comfort working as an embedded technical owner with substantial autonomy and accountability.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, including GitHub and Gearset.
  • Ability to use AI development tools effectively, critically validate generated code, and ship reliable implementations.
  • Preferred: experience with B2B SaaS Revenue Lifecycle Management, CPQ, Salesforce Flow at scale, and Omni-Channel.
  • Preferred: familiarity with React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, React Router, Apollo Client, NestJS/GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis.
