Description

  • Drive new merchant and corporate client acquisition across the payments and Web3 ecosystem through targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers using a consultative, solutions-led approach.
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, payment firms, and merchants from pitching and onboarding through deal closure.
  • Leverage a network across traditional finance, payments, and digital assets to develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Deliver strong client experiences by addressing needs, challenges, and opportunities to support long-term retention.
  • Partner with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Management teams to execute solutions and align with business goals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations across payments, blockchain, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft, design, and execute solutions for enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in banking, payments, or blockchain payments.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Experience in traditional finance and payments is particularly valued.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin is a plus.
