Description

  • Develop comprehensive account plans with Account Managers, Sales, and Project/Implementation Managers that align with client business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and support effective use of Storyteq solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and reporting of client campaigns to improve performance and help clients achieve their goals.
  • Use data-driven approaches to monitor client performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to share customer insights and support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support clients through organisational change related to the adoption and integration of Storyteq solutions.
  • Ensure clients gain maximum value from Storyteq offerings to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Contribute to the growth and enhancement of customer success processes at Storyteq.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Sales, Project/Implementation Managers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build long-lasting stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience supporting campaign planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Comfort using data to assess performance and guide client success strategies.
  • Ability to help clients manage organisational change and product adoption.
  • A focus on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Availability for a 12-month maternity cover role.
  • Experience working with product, marketing, or sales teams (preferred).
