Description

  • Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow up promptly, and close deals.
  • Participate directly in sales calls, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales team members.
  • Run team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately and report performance to leadership.
  • Optimize the sales funnel in partnership with marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership.
  • Maintain team accountability for sales metrics, processes, and targets.
  • Improve and automate sales infrastructure, systems, and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within the SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and subscription revenue in a multi-product ecosystem.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans against ambitious targets and KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to guide decisions and optimize processes.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate technical product features and benefits.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States and reside in one of Storable’s eligible states.
