Description

  • Recommend qualified candidates for current or future openings across Stay Group teams and functions.
  • Provide candidate details, including a CV or LinkedIn profile, contact information, and position of interest if known.
  • Submit a brief recommendation explaining why the candidate would be a strong fit.
  • Support Stay Group’s talent acquisition process by helping identify people for upcoming opportunities.
  • Refer candidates across areas such as Customer Support, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Design, Technology, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Contribute to building stronger teams by sharing trusted talent recommendations.

Requirements

  • Candidates may be referred for any position within Stay Group, including current and future openings.
  • Relevant experience in one of the listed functions such as Customer Support, Product Management, Analytics, Marketing, Design, Development, Operations, or Leadership.
  • Strong expertise within their field.
  • Ownership and accountability.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Alignment with Stay Group’s culture and business goals.
  • Referral bonuses are paid only after the referred candidate successfully completes probation and remains employed at payout time.
