Description

  • Research and identify candidates for executive and senior-level positions.
  • Conduct talent mapping across target companies, organizational structures, and industries.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using databases, social networks, and professional platforms.
  • Source passive candidates through market research and targeted outreach.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, research reports, and executive search presentations.
  • Track talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and organizational changes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence data in recruiting systems.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and identify relevant talent pools.
  • Support candidate outreach and schedule introductory conversations when needed.
  • Handle confidential candidate information and contribute to executive talent acquisition projects.

Requirements
