Description

  • Drive revenue growth within an assigned EMEA territory by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities and managing the pipeline to quota.
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles from discovery and needs analysis through product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with universities, PBSA operators, and student accommodation providers.
  • Lead and support tender, RFP, and procurement processes in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, Renewals, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by sharing field insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using Salesforce, Gong, and related tools.
  • Drive customer engagement and solution adoption through onsite visits, industry events, and presentations.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer interactions and requests while triaging competing demands.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Management role with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, or 5+ years in student accommodation, PBSA, higher education, or multi-family property management.
  • Proven ability to operate in a metrics-driven sales environment, including pipeline management and quota attainment.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for small stakeholder groups and large audiences across the EMEA region.
  • Strong discovery and analytical skills with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience using StarRez or similar student accommodation or property management software preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within EMEA markets preferred.
  • Experience selling into or working with universities, PBSA operators, or student accommodation providers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, tenders, and software licensing agreements preferred.
  • Additional language skills such as German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese preferred.
