Description

  • Lead sales operations by managing pipeline health, forecasting, territory planning, quota management, and revenue reporting.
  • Partner with the CRO on executive reporting, business insights, planning, QBRs, and board preparation.
  • Own and optimize the Salesforce environment, including CRM administration, data integrity, process efficiency, user adoption, and reporting.
  • Drive go-to-market planning through territory design, TAM/SAM analysis, sales capacity planning, pricing support, and quota modeling.
  • Work with Finance and Accounting on bookings forecasting, renewals tracking, commission administration, and revenue reporting.
  • Build dashboards and analytics for pipeline performance, sales productivity, marketing attribution, and overall business performance.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Customer Success on revenue processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the growth strategy as a strategic operational advisor to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of the full Sales Ops function, including Salesforce, forecasting, quotas, territories, and commissions.
  • Advanced Salesforce.com expertise with hands-on experience in CRM configuration, data integrity, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building forecasts, renewal reporting, compensation tracking, and executive-level business insights.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience leading TAM/SAM analysis and translating insights into territory and hiring recommendations.
  • Experience building quota and compensation models, including attainment curves and accelerators.
  • Strategic partnership experience with Sales leadership, including support for QBRs, board reporting, or investor reporting.
  • Experience with pricing, quoting, or deal desk processes alongside Finance.
  • AI-native mindset with a track record of using AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience in compliance, financial services, or other regulated SaaS industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools such as Clay, Gong, 6sense, or Salesforce Einstein (preferred).
  • Experience with commission platforms such as CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or Xactly (preferred).
  • Experience with RevTech tools such as Outreach, Gong, or ZoomInfo (preferred).
  • Exposure to CPQ or contract management workflows (preferred).
  • Ability to go into the office a few times a month to work with the CRO and CFO.
