Description

  • Research and build a targeted list of high-potential compounding pharmacies, specifically 503A and 503B facilities.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach by phone and email to pharmacy owners and pharmacists-in-charge.
  • Qualify prospective partners against licensing status, GLP-1 fulfillment capacity, state reciprocity, and turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM from initial contact through handoff.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the internal partnerships team to close deals.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and communicate professionally with medical and pharmacy stakeholders.
  • Take detailed notes and ask the right qualifying questions during outreach and screening.
  • Work toward daily outreach metrics and keep the pipeline moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR work, healthcare recruiting, or medical sales.
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. business culture and communication styles.
  • Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, and VoIP tools.
  • Prior experience with GLP-1s, compounding pharmacies, or pharmaceutical supply chains is a big plus.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
