Description

  • Research and identify potential customers, partners, or distributors.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and other approved channels.
  • Initiate and handle early-stage sales conversations and basic qualification.
  • Track leads, outreach, and follow-ups using spreadsheets or simple CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions.
  • Share prospect feedback and insights to improve outreach messaging and targeting.
  • Help establish basic sales workflows and documentation for tracking and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or outbound role.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and starting conversations.
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and comfortable working without existing systems.
  • Available to work in US time zones (graveyard shift in the Philippines).
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-trackers such as Time Doctor.
  • Own laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam.
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
  • Available backup equipment in case of power and internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
