Description

  • Manage and organize user-generated content from creators and influencers.
  • Review, tag, and route high-performing content to the creative team.
  • Support influencer outreach through follow-ups, communications, and pipeline tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of creator and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor social media platforms, online communities, and forums for trends, customer insights, and engagement opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and language for use in marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Support SEO initiatives through content briefs, keyword tracking, and publication coordination.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on email campaigns, including links, formatting, segmentation, and content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with paid media, creative, lifecycle marketing, and community teams on growth initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing operations, special projects, and additional client tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to identify trends, customer insights, and engagement opportunities from online communities.
  • Experience with influencer programs, SEO, email marketing, or content operations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Shopify, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms is preferred.
  • Available to work in US time zones, on a graveyard shift in the Philippines.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from the job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-trackers such as Time Doctor, and able to provide a laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, reliable internet of at least 50 Mbps, and backup equipment for outages.
