Description

  • Plan and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Create, manage, and repurpose marketing content including blogs, PR content, assets, and social posts.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce visually engaging content and manage creative workflows.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, research, competitor analysis, automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and execute SEO and organic search strategies, including keyword research, content opportunity mapping, and backlink initiatives.
  • Work with developers and content teams to improve website SEO structure, publishing workflows, and content infrastructure.
  • Coordinate website development initiatives using ASTRO and headless WordPress.
  • Support email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and marketing analytics, and build quarterly marketing and shareholder reports.
  • Coordinate execution across marketing, design, and development teams using Slack, Asana, and related tools.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media growth strategies across major platforms.
  • Strong content creation and content management experience across blogs, social, and marketing assets.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and execution.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or related marketing tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
  • Strong project coordination and marketing operations skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-moving digital businesses (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ASTRO, headless WordPress, or modern website infrastructure (preferred).
  • Experience managing SEO-driven content programs and backlink strategies (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams (preferred).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and AI-assisted workflow systems (preferred).
