Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Agency Revenue Suite across SaaS Mode, Reselling, Rebilling, and the broader agency revenue experience.
  • Create a unified product experience that helps agencies launch, monetize, and scale SaaS businesses on HighLevel.
  • Define and own the measurement strategy, including instrumentation, reporting, customer health frameworks, and SaaS metrics for activation, adoption, retention, expansion, churn, and revenue performance.
  • Drive improvements in onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion using customer behavior data, product analytics, and experimentation.
  • Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to build growth insights, customer health models, churn prediction frameworks, dashboards, and scalable measurement systems.
  • Establish and scale experimentation frameworks, feedback loops, and growth mechanisms to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
  • Translate market trends and customer needs in SaaS, AI, and related markets into product opportunities and differentiated experiences.
  • Own the Voice of the Customer through interviews, behavioral analytics, retention analysis, and segmentation research, and turn insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success to execute coordinated initiatives.
  • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices and experimentation culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of driving product growth and business outcomes.
  • Strong experience building and scaling SaaS products with deep expertise in onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and product-led growth.
  • Experience owning a product area and delivering measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, experimentation frameworks, customer lifecycle management, and KPI-driven product strategies.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to build measurement frameworks, customer health models, and growth insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with reseller platforms, white-label SaaS products, partner ecosystems, or agency-focused software is preferred.
  • Experience serving agencies, SMBs, or platform businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recurring revenue models, subscription businesses, and SaaS monetization strategies is preferred.
  • Experience building customer journey analytics, growth dashboards, and experimentation platforms is preferred.
  • Experience operating in high-scale SaaS environments is preferred.
