Description

  • Design, build, and execute email and phone sales campaigns to maximize customer acquisition.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
  • Create sales and marketing strategy to determine customer outreach focus.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and introduce services.
  • Nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and service recommendations.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle until they become clients.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and executing email and phone sales campaigns.
  • Experience using CRMs.
  • Available to work in US time zones, including graveyard shift hours in the Philippines.
  • Available to start within 2 to 4 weeks from the job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Own a laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed.
  • Have backup equipment available in case of power or internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
