Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for cosmetic and medical patients.
  • Conduct cosmetic outreach for consult bookings, follow-ups, and reactivation.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Perform patient intake, registration, and follow-up communication.
  • Provide clear explanations of cosmetic versus medical services.
  • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style patient experience.
  • Support social media activity on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Assist with insurance verification and authorizations for relevant cases.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Dermatology, Med Spa, or Aesthetic environment is required.
  • Strong English communication skills with minimal to no accent for patient-facing tasks.
  • Experience in patient coordination, scheduling, or a medical virtual assistant role.
  • Familiarity with ModMed EMR is preferred.
  • Experience with insurance verification and authorizations is preferred for relevant roles.
  • Experience with social media or content creation is preferred for marketing-related work.
  • Ability to work with camera on during the shift.
  • Reliable, committed, and able to work long term.
  • Proactive, accountable, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
