Description

  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective parents to understand their child’s needs and family expectations.
  • Communicate the value of the practice’s fee-for-service and concierge care model to prospective families.
  • Guide new families from initial inquiry through the first consultation with consistent follow-up.
  • Manage the practice calendar strategically to optimize the doctor’s time for high-quality patient care.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and reassurance.
  • Maintain a detailed follow-up system so families are not lost during the process.
  • Support patient conversion and onboarding for new families.
  • Update the EMR/CRM accurately and maintain ownership of the lead pipeline.

Requirements

  • Warm, empathetic, and authoritative phone presence with concierge-level communication skills.
  • Experience in consultative sales, patient coordination, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Comfort discussing fees and value-based care with parents.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt communication style based on a parent’s tone and concerns.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high sense of accountability.
  • Ability to own the lead pipeline and keep EMR/CRM records 100% accurate.
  • Motivation for a service-oriented, patient-first philosophy.
  • Excitement about helping elevate the pediatric dental experience.
