Description

  • Mentor and support agents to improve daily and weekly production.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Lead by example through personal production and client service.
  • Assist with virtual onboarding and training sessions.
  • Maintain consistent, motivational communication across the team.
  • Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership potential and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with virtual proficiency required.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  • Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus.
  • A college degree is welcomed but not required.
  • Must be located in an eligible U.S. state, as the role is open in most states except New York, Minnesota, and California.
