Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional IT and business projects from intake through delivery.
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and others to align on project goals, requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Manage project plans, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support RFPs, ROI analysis, vendor assessments, and implementation planning for SaaS tools and business systems.
  • Use AI assistants and automation tools to improve research, documentation, workflows, and daily project productivity.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders, including progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Measure project outcomes and support post-project evaluations against business goals and expected ROI.
  • Help scope requirements and keep complex projects structured, aligned, and moving forward with accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong project management fundamentals with the ability to balance best practices with practical, outcomes-focused execution.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects at once, ideally across global or distributed teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with SaaS tools and business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI or automation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Workato, or similar tools to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and bring structure to ambiguous situations.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • A degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certifications are considered an asset.

  • Ontario base salary range of CAD $76,000 to $90,250.
