Description

  • Review active projects daily in ClickUp and distribute workloads across the team.
  • Monitor task execution and ensure strict project deadlines are met.
  • Control drawing quality and verify project documentation before final delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor project engineers on complex and non-standard projects.
  • Participate in node development and technical problem-solving for project solutions.
  • Lead daily and weekly team syncs to align priorities and progress.
  • Customize and maintain Slack and ClickUp workspaces and update internal working groups.
  • Create and maintain internal document templates and workflow materials.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress and efficiency reports for the Head of Engineering.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian or Ukrainian language skills at C1+ level.
  • English language proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Confident proficiency with AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D, or similar engineering software.
  • Higher technical education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience as a project engineer with a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of core engineering design principles.
  • Experience with task management systems and time-tracking software.
  • Experience creating onboarding and training materials such as video instructions, checklists, and technical templates.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize design solutions for cost, time, and resource efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
  • Ability to work with project documentation at all stages, including sketches, working drawings, and final specifications.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Project Managers, Estimators, CQO, Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Site Installation teams.
