Description

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth, product launches, and brand awareness.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of live virtual events and webinars using BigMarker, including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Lead campaign kickoffs, cross-functional alignment meetings, and project management across content, design, and digital teams.
  • Track campaign and event KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, attendance, and engagement, and provide post-campaign analyses with recommendations.
  • Support quarterly G2 review collection campaigns and promote G2 assets across owned and paid channels.
  • Own the integrated campaign calendar and virtual event program with minimal ramp time.
  • Build strong working relationships across Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Digital, and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Deliver on-time, within-scope campaign execution and complete post-campaign analyses.
  • Use performance data to identify insights and optimization opportunities tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech.
  • Proven experience owning integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end from planning through performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience managing live virtual events and webinars using platforms such as BigMarker or ON24.
  • Experience managing full run-of-show and live operations for virtual events.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proficiency analyzing campaign and event performance data using HubSpot, HockeyStack, or similar tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Experience working with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams.
  • Ontario, Canada salary band of CAD $76,000-$90,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and location.
