Description

  • Own and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts from strategy through execution.
  • Build campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding models, testing frameworks, and budget scaling decisions.
  • Manage and upload creative assets provided by the internal creative team.
  • Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
  • Optimize the Shopify storefront, including landing pages, product pages, collections, checkout flows, and mobile experiences.
  • Identify friction points using analytics and behavioral data and implement theme-level Shopify improvements.
  • Own Klaviyo email marketing performance, segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and automated flows.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and improve indexing, crawl health, schema markup, metadata, and site architecture.
  • Monitor acquisition, conversion, retention, and SEO performance across the ecommerce funnel.
  • Build monthly performance reports and present data-driven growth recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on ecommerce growth or DTC marketing experience.
  • Proven experience owning the complete ecommerce funnel from acquisition through retention.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through performance marketing and CRO.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Catalog Sales, Prospecting, Retargeting, and Audience Building.
  • Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Deep Shopify experience and comfort making theme-level changes alongside developers.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation flows, lifecycle campaigns, and abandoned cart programs.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, indexing, schema markup, site architecture, and search performance optimization.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and ecommerce analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Customer Retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Nice to have: Experience editing Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Nice to have: Strong ecommerce UX knowledge.
  • Nice to have: Experience using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Tag Manager.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of AI search optimization and LLM-driven discovery.
  • Nice to have: Experience with DTC consumer brands, especially lifestyle, sports, fashion, or consumer products.
