Description

  • Analyze the full customer acquisition funnel to identify drop-off points and implement improvements across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue stages.
  • Design, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, website components, email sequences, and paid channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion paths across the marketing and sales technology stack.
  • Ensure experiments, landing pages, and ad creative align with global brand voice, corporate identity, and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to translate complex technology offerings into clear, compelling, human-centric messaging.
  • Work with design partners to produce high-performing marketing assets that support click-through and conversion goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on commercial marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, share of search, organic traffic, and influenced pipeline.
  • Turn behavioral data from analytics, heatmaps, and CRM dashboards into strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Optimize paid and organic channel spend to improve return on ad spend and reduce funnel leakage.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B technology solutions, IT services, or a complex enterprise environment.
  • Proven success building regional marketing plans and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience working across global matrixed teams, sales organizations, and external agency partners.
  • Experience with digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, web analytics tools, heatmapping/behavioral tools such as Hotjar or Clarity, and CRM systems.
  • Advanced skills in data manipulation, segmentation, and translating behavioral data into business outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Experience in a remote work environment and occasional travel for team-building meetings and industry events.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail are expected.
