Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Drive net new business by hunting and winning strategic accounts.
  • Build revenue through prospecting, pipeline creation, and strong client relationships.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and produce reliable forecasts.
  • Become a thought leader on the Teams product.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and product roadmap feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience with a successful track record supporting strategic clients with 10,000+ employees.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy with an innate desire to help clients.
  • Demonstrated long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to work with C-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High energy, curiosity, agile mindset, and a strong desire to learn the business.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for Stack Overflow’s mission and its connection to developers.
  • Experience in remote work or distributed teams is implied by the remote-first environment (preferred).
