Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts end-to-end across business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a senior Stripe leader and executive sponsor for strategic customer and partner relationships across AMER.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies and joint business plans that deepen integrations and expand Stripe's footprint.
  • Drive revenue growth through retention, cross-selling, strategic account planning, and identifying new use cases.
  • Lead complex multi-product commercial negotiations and structure deals that align partner and company goals.
  • Own forecasting, internal reporting, and cross-functional communications to keep stakeholders aligned and deals moving.
  • Build trusted consultative relationships with senior leaders in product, engineering, finance, and executive teams.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface partner needs and influence the roadmap.
  • Create and deliver business reviews, partnership proposals, and executive narratives that communicate partnership value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Solutions Engineering to execute partnership initiatives and resolve partner needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing business development teams and technical solutions selling in a high-growth internet, software, technology, or payments company.
  • Experience managing sales teams, complex strategic partnerships, or accounts with significant scope.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, platform ecosystems, channel partnerships, and solutions-oriented selling.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and partnership impact measurement.
  • Proven ability to build deep, consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders at all levels (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the payments industry, financial infrastructure, or developer platforms (preferred).
  • Track record of driving impact with Tier 1 accounts through cross-sell, expansion, and joint GTM execution (preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize across partner needs, commercial opportunities, and internal resources (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences (preferred).
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborating as a team player (preferred).
