Description

  • Partner with Account Directors to identify, qualify, and progress opportunities across the enterprise customer portfolio.
  • Lead customer discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, digital ambitions, and value opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops with operational and executive stakeholders to assess maturity and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop actionable roadmaps and recommendations that bridge business strategy, user experience, and technology enablers.
  • Conduct lean assessments that inform sales strategy and customer success planning.
  • Advise customers on digital experience best practices, web strategy, DXP capabilities, personalisation, content strategy, portal design, and digital transformation.
  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and position Squiz as a strategic partner.
  • Contribute to consulting frameworks, templates, and sales enablement materials.
  • Share insights with Account Directors, Customer Success, and Product teams to help evolve consulting offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a consulting, solution sales, or digital advisory role.
  • Proven track record of contributing to revenue outcomes through consulting-led sales motions.
  • Background in a digital agency, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in government, higher education, financial services, telecommunications, or utilities.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to command a room and tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships at all levels.
  • Collaborative experience working within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning and account management.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
