Description

  • Serve as the primary project manager for global (non-U.S.) clinical training and programming.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable global clinical training and programming strategy.
  • Coordinate training and event logistics, including virtual event platforms, clinical providers, materials, reporting, and evaluation tracking.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on global webinars and WellSprings, including across time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Partner with large enterprise customers to consult on training and programming needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, the global team, and U.S. program managers on strategy and execution.
  • Measure training and program effectiveness and maintain customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Support and potentially deliver or produce events when needed.
  • Lead planning for global programming tied to events such as World Mental Health Day.
  • Develop calendars, procedures, and processes for requesting and delivering clinical events globally.

Requirements

  • Clinical license or equivalent in your country.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning.
  • Deep understanding of global training and programming challenges, solutions, and best practices.
  • Experience working on problems with limited information and adapting existing approaches to resolve issues.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior internal and external partners and advise on difficult matters.
  • Strong knowledge of program management and data evaluation.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, and additional event platforms as needed.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design and content development, including Adult Learning Principles.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation techniques.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and internal team members.
  • Remote position seated in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for in-person trainings.
