Description

  • Own the full sales cycle across Labor & Trust and SLED segments from pipeline generation through contract execution.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy targeting Taft-Hartley funds, union-sponsored benefit plans, state and local government agencies, and public education systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with BDRs, Strategic Alliances, proposal operations, channel partners, and public sector contracting teams to source and close opportunities.
  • Build direct relationships with trustees, benefits administrators, union leadership, HR leaders, and public sector procurement officials.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving RFPs, RFIs, public procurement processes, and other multi-stakeholder decision-making structures.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements that align Spring Health’s solutions to clinical, financial, and population health outcomes.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and ROI analyses tailored to union, government, and education stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases and pricing structures aligned with trust governance models, public sector budgeting cycles, and grant or appropriated funding mechanisms.
  • Represent Spring Health at labor conferences, public sector events, and industry forums.
  • Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling into Labor & Trust (Taft-Hartley), SLED, or public sector environments.
  • Deep understanding of union benefit structures and trust governance.
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, contracts, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of budget cycles and funding mechanisms across SLED.
  • Proven track record of closing 6-figure+ enterprise deals in complex, regulated environments.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making, including boards, trustees, and government officials.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate with an entrepreneurial, territory-owner mindset in an emerging segment.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to engage diverse, mission-driven stakeholders.
  • Passion for improving mental health access for working populations and public servants.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Experience with organized labor, public sector, or education institutions is preferred.
  • Experience working in remote or full-time field-based sales roles is implied by the position structure.

  • Target base salary of $165,000 to $190,500.
