Description

  • Support members across phone, chat, and email during assigned shifts in the languages in which you are fluent.
  • Manage care coordination tasks including platform sign-up, technical troubleshooting, intake gathering, scheduling, cancellations, and service explanations.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to the appropriate level and modality of care.
  • Provide in-the-moment crisis support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up for urgent situations such as suicide risk.
  • Offer consultation, psychoeducation, empathy, and motivational support for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns.
  • Handle CIR intake and coaching services for global members and customers.
  • Identify, research, and resolve barriers to care, technical issues, and other member or provider problems.
  • Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries.
  • Document patient interactions in English in Spring Health’s online systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, participate in meetings and training, and support special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field with licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist.
  • Appropriate credentials in your U.S. state or country of residence.
  • 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
  • Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and French.
  • Additional language fluency such as French Canadian or Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfort using multiple computer platforms at the same time and learning new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Comfortable working Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm CEST.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience delivering high-touch customer service and meeting KPIs related to connection to care, productivity, and member satisfaction.

  • Target base salary of €55,575–€70,395.
